Inserting a file (for example, letter of information)
Ensure files are accessible. Resources suggested by the McMaster Accessibility Hub:

- Alternative forms - a way to access information other than by standard text or presentation
- Braille Services
To add a file such as a letter of information:
- Highlight the word or group of words where you would like to insert the file.
- Click on the Link icon.
- In the Link box, select Browse Server
If you've already uploaded your file to this survey, it should be listed. Proceed to step 7.
If you have not uploaded your file to this survey:
- Click on Upload
- This action will take you back to the Link box. The file should be listed in the URL box.
- Click OK.
- The word or group of words you selected to insert the file should now be blue & underlined.
- Save the question.
