MREB & HiREB Templates
Using the templates
After you have downloaded the templates, you can start using them:
- Log into LimeSurvey
- Import the .lss file
- Replace the temporary survey name with the name of your survey using the Survey title field.
- Go through the Survey settings and change and add elements as needed.
MREB Basic Survey / HiREB Basic Survey
- Includes a "Preamble and Consent" question group, with a Preamble question and a Consent question.
- Includes a second question group and question to start from.
- Configured to end survey when someone selects "No, I do not wish to participate." in the Consent question.
- Difference between the MREB & HiREB versions is the wording of the Preamble Statement.
MREB Post-Survey
- Includes boilerplate questions for followup and draw participation, that can be kept or removed as needed.
- Configured to prevent repeated participation.
- Settings > Publication & Access > Set cookie to prevent repeated participation
HiREB Draw Survey
- Includes a "Draw information" question group with boilerplate questions like name, email address and phone number.
- Configured to prevent repeated participation.
- Settings>Publication & Access>Set cookie to prevent repeated participation
HiREB Follow-up Survey
- Includes a "Follow-up Interview" question group with boilerplate questions like name, email address and phone number.
