Transfer survey ownership

Please send a request via email with the following information:

  • Current survey owner name, MacID & email
  • New survey owner name, MacID & email
  • Survey number (6-digit) & survey name

This email must come from the current survey owner and only McMaster staff, students & faculty can be survey owners.

If the current survey owner is not available, the request can come from:

  • department chair or senior administrator of the department (for teaching & administrative surveys)
  • PI (for research surveys)
