Click Windows start button. In the search area, type "printer"

Click on "Printers & scanners"
Then click on: "+ Add a printer or scanner"
Wait for a moment, then choose: "The printer that I want isn't listed"
In the new window that pops up, select

"Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname"

In the next screen, set the following:

In the next screen, select Custom and then click "Settings..."

In the next screen, make sure the settings look like this:

Click OK when done, and then click Next to continue.

In the next screen, select the HP Color LaserJet 4700PS driver, and click Next.

In the next screen, type the printer name clj, and click Next.

In the next screen, be sure to select "Do not share this printer".

Click Next, and then Finish.

Back in the Printers & scanners settings, click on the newly created printer clj and then click Manage, and then Printer Properties on the left-hand side. Click the Device Settings tab, and set the parameters as in the next screenshot:


Finally, click OK and exit out of the Printer & scanners settings.
