The Research & High-Performance Computing Services (RHPCS) group provides some computing services for the Department of Mathematics & Statistics.

How to get help

  1. Please see the general sections under Documentation for help with general aspects that are not exclusively pertinent to the Math & Stats department.
  2. Email our support team with the following information:
    • your name, and the name of your supervisor
    • the name of the computer you are working on (or if it's your own laptop)
    • how you are connected to the network (WiFi or network cable)
    • the nature of your problem
