The Research & High-Performance Computing Services (RHPCS) group provides some computing services for the Department of Physics & Astronomy.

How to get help

  1. Please see the sections under Documentation for help with general aspects that are not exclusively pertinent to the Physics department.
  2. Email our support team with the following information:
    • your name, and the name of your supervisor
    • the name of the computer you are working on (or if it's your own laptop)
    • how you are connected to the network (WiFi or network cable)
    • the nature of your problem
