Setup printer queues on windows while using common wireless access points

First, test if you can access the printer server. To do this, right click on your desktop, and choose "Shortcut". The shortcut location should be \\physprt\test. Click Next.

and then Finish.

Once the shortcut is created, double click it. A user name and password input window should pop up. Use your username and password for the physserv, and tick "Remember my password". (On vista/win7, it is called "Remember my credential")

if the folder "test" on physprt is opened, you have successfully connected to the printer server. If not, mostly there is a problem with your username or password. Contact us for help. The actual procedures to install the printers should be very similar to the procedures without wireless. They also work for the wired setting. They will be repeated below:
