To scan an image

1. Open My computer
2. Click on Hewlett-Packard scanjet 5470c#3; or open HP precisionscan pro 3.1 on your desktop

To create pdf file

There is a problem in Acrobat to create pdf file directly from the scanner.

1. Scan pictures to make image files. 
2. Then open Acrobat.
   1. Go to File
   2. Select Create pdf from file or from multiple files.

To scan an image

1. Open My Computer
2. Click on HP Scanjet 4570c/5500c
3. Choose Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard Download pictures from a camera or scanner
4. Following on screen instructions.

To create pdf

1. Open Acrobat
2. Go to File
3. Then Create pdf from scanner.
4. Choose device WIA-HP Scanjet 4570c/5500c
